Dr Barker has undertaken training in civil procedures, court compliant report writing and oral evidence giving with Bond Solon. Dr Barker holds the Cardiff University Bond Solon Civil Expert Witness Certificate.

Dr Barker is however concentrating upon providing a psychological therapy service and is not currently accepting medico-legal expert witness instructions.

Dr Barker is open to accepting treating clinician medico-legal cases. Please note medico-legal therapy or agency instructions are charged at £200 per hour.
